The China Textile Industry “Belt and Road” Conference is a grand international cooperation event for the global textile industry, bringing together experiences and wisdom from around the world on industry development. Over the past decade, government officials in charge of textile industry development, as well as business associations, universities, industrial parks, and corporate experts from Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Central Asia—including Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Malaysia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Uzbekistan—have gathered at the conference with Chinese textile enterprises to discuss the advantages and opportunities for integrated regional industrial chain development.

Meanwhile, prime ministerial advisors, ministers of state, heads of investment agencies, presidents of industrial parks, and local government officials from African countries such as Ethiopia, Egypt, Madagascar, Kenya, Togo, Tanzania, and Tunisia have shared with the Chinese textile industry at the conference the immense potential for textile industry cooperation across the African continent. Government officials and professionals from developed markets—including the United States, France, Italy, Greece, Singapore, and South Korea—have also engaged in thorough exchanges with their Chinese counterparts on topics such as brand collaboration, market expansion, and industrial exchange.
